Purchased goods can be returned only in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and our Returns Policy.

To exercise your right to cancel, the Goods must be returned in the same condition that you received them, with all instructions, documents, and packaging intact. Goods that are damaged or not in the same condition as you received them, or which have been used or opened beyond the original packaging, are not eligible for a refund.
We will process your refund no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the Order, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
You will not have any right to cancel an Order for:
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized
Goods which, by nature, are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or where the expiry date has passed
Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
Goods which, after delivery, are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items
Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance began with your prior express consent, and you acknowledged your loss of cancellation right
Availability, errors, and inaccuracies
We continuously update the offerings of Goods on our Service. However, the Goods available through our Service may occasionally be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable. We may also experience delays in updating information on our Service and in our advertising on other websites.
We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
Pricing policy
The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order.
The quoted prices may be adjusted by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any factors affecting delivery that are beyond the control of the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, government action, variations in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs. In such an event, you will have the right to cancel your Order.
Payments
All goods purchased are subject to a one-time payment. Payments can be made through various methods we have available, such as debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express cards, or online payment methods (e.g., PayPal and Go Tap).
Payment cards (credit or debit) are subject to validation checks and authorization by your card issuer. If we do not receive the required authorization, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of your order.

Notwithstanding any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of this Terms and Your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by You through the Service if You haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

If You are a European Union consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident in.
United states legal compliance

You are not located in a country that is subject to the United States government embargo, or that has been designated by the United States government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and
You are not listed on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver
Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter nor shall the waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
Translation interpretation
These Terms and Conditions may have been translated if We have made them available to You on our Service. You agree that the original English text shall prevail in the case of a dispute.
